Description

Chateau Gigognan Cotes du Rhone Rouge is an excellent wine blend made up of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvèdre. The grapes are grown in clay-limestone or sandy soil on a south-facing hillside near the castle, giving it a truly unique and delectable taste. Carefully crafted this particular wine, vinifying it in thermoregulated vats with post-fermentation maceration, and ageing it for 6 months in stainless steel and concrete vats. With a bright colour and an expressive nose that showcases aromas of crunchy red fruits with hints of liquorice, this wine is perfect for grills and southern dishes. It can also be enjoyed as an aperitif. For optimal taste, serve the Chateau Gigognan Cotes du Rhone at a temperature of 18°C.
