Description

This exquisite low intervention wine is created from grapes harvested at night, selected for their pristine condition and grown on sandy, clay-loam soil near the château. The Mistral wind that blows throughout the year benefits the vines, resulting in a wine with a bright garnet colour and stunning aromas of red berries, raspberries, and blackcurrant. This generous wine is direct and dense on the palate, with a fruity flavour emphasized by the absence of sulphur and the short ageing period. Its crisp tannins make it a pleasurable wine, best enjoyed in its youth (1 to 2 years) with a platter of cold meats or tapas. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 18°C or relatively cool (12°C) to smooth the tannins and make it even better as an aperitif.
