Description

Pemo Pecorino Terre Di Chieti is a dry white wine from Italy. This white wine is made from the Pecorino grape using conventional methods. It is produced in the Abruzzo region, specifically in Terre di Chieti IGP. This region has been growing Pecorino grapes since 200 AD.
PEMO range of wines celebrates two grapes from Abruzzo – Pecorino (PE) and Montepulciano (MO). The Pecorino grapes used in this white wine are grown in Chieti, which is the capital of the Abruzzo region and one of Italy’s most ancient cities.
PEMO Pecorino is perfect for those who love Pinot Grigio and want to explore something more complex. The wine is known for its fruity palate and refreshing acidity with a zesty and fruit-forward flavour. It is normally fermented and stored in stainless steel, which enhances the fruity flavours of the wine. However, PEMO Pecorino is aged for four months on its lees, which adds complexity to the wine and is a sign of its good quality.
The wine has beautiful floral notes such as jasmine and refreshing minerality, which are intertwined with lovely citrus flavours. This exquisite white wine is best paired with Tuna Carpaccio.
