Description

Les Roches Blanches is a wine that perfectly expresses the mineral-rich terroirs of the limestone region. Castelviel, the highest point in the Gironde region, is home to Sauvignon Blanc grapes that thrive in the clay-limestone soils, where fossilized oyster beds emerge. With a refreshing and lively character, Les Roches Blanches Bordeaux Blanc has a typical nose that is characteristic of Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are carefully selected and processed through a meticulous winemaking process that includes skin maceration, and fermentation at a low temperature. They are then transferred to thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks for breeding. Les Roches Blanches is perfect to pair with sushi and sashimi, or a royal browning ceviche for a great moment. To enjoy the full flavour and aroma, the wine should be served at a temperature between 8° to 10°.
