Description

This exquisite wine is crafted from the finest Nebbiolo grapes, carefully grown in a restricted area in Langhe. The expert winemakers use a meticulous maceration process of the skins for approximately 20 days, followed by controlled fermentation at a temperature of 28-30°C for about 8 days. The wine then undergoes a malolactic fermentation and is aged in oak barrels for two years, followed by a further 18 months in the bottle. The result is a richly bodied, smooth textured wine with an elegant taste and a long, satisfying finish. This wine is perfect to pair with braised beef, game, truffle-flavoured dishes, aged cheese. The ideal serving temperature is 18-20°C.
