Description

This delicious wine is crafted from the Sangiovese grapes cultivated in the picturesque Rubicone Valley. After a careful selection process, the grapes are skillfully pressed and fermented for approximately two weeks at a precisely controlled temperature of around 25°C. Following the completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine is bottled to retain its rich ruby red colour and delightful floral aroma, with subtle notes of sweet cherries. Boasting excellent acidity and a smooth finish with mild tannins, this wine is sure to delight even the most discerning palates. This wine pairs well with tagliatelle, lamb chops, baked cheese, and grilled red meat. For optimal taste, it should be served at a temperature of 18-20°C.
