Description

This exquisite wine is made using a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes grown in the picturesque Valpolicella region. Our winemakers carefully select only the finest grapes from the vineyard, which are then dried gradually in specialised rooms for several months. The slow and extended fermentation takes place at 28°C, and once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged for a minimum of two years in wood before bottling. With its intense ruby red colour and elegant aromas of ripe plum and subtle hints of chocolate, this wine is a true delight for the senses. The palate is well-balanced with smooth tannins and classic black cherry flavours. This particular wine pairs well with amarone risotto, stews, braised meats and mature cheeses. It's best served at a temperature between 18-20°C. Enjoy the authentic taste of Italy with every sip of this exceptional wine.
