Description

This exceptional white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in a soil composition of limestone and clay. The grapes are harvested during the nighttime, destemmed, and chilled to a temperature of 5-6°C. A pneumatic press is used for gentle pressing, followed by decantation at the same temperature. The juice is then fermented under controlled conditions at a temperature of 17°C, with half of the harvest fermented in casks. The wine boasts a bright golden colour with a delicate aroma that carries hints of vanilla and toasted bread. It has a good initial taste with a rich and smooth texture. There are notes of honeysuckle and stone fruit alongside a hint of butterscotch. This wine pairs perfectly with fish, mixed, or exotic salads. It is best served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
