Description

Perla Bianca Prosecco DOC Spumante is crafted from Glera grapes grown in the picturesque hills of Treviso. Using the Charmat method, the wine is first stored in stainless steel tanks at a cool 15°C before undergoing a second fermentation in autoclave tanks at low temperatures with carefully selected yeasts. The fermentation is stopped abruptly by cooling the wine to 0°C, creating a sparkling prosecco with varietal aromas and a refreshing taste on the palate. The wine boasts a lively and subtle perlage and an elegant straw yellow color. With scents of wildflowers and hints of apple, pear, and peach, this prosecco is both fruity and delicate, with a harmonious and almond aftertaste on the palate. Perfect as an aperitif, with any meal, or alongside creamy desserts, this prosecco is best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.
