Description

Fiorellino Prosecco is an exquisite wine made from Glera grapes grown on hillside slopes in the Veneto region of Italy. The region's climate, with its moderate temperature and mild humidity, is just perfect for growing Glera grapes. The grapes are handpicked and gently pressed to extract the juice, which is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C.
The second fermentation process is carried out using the Martinotti-Charmat method, which refines the fruity aromas typical of Glera grapes. The wine is then bottled and aged for some time before release.
Fiorellino Prosecco Extra Dry Prosecco DOC boasts a lemon colour with a lively, persistent, and soft pelage. The aroma is elegant, with scents of wildflowers and fruit such as apple and pear. The taste is delicate and harmonious, with a lovely almond aftertaste.
This wine is perfect as an aperitif, throughout the meal, and with creamy desserts. It pairs well with seafood, salads, and white meats. The ideal serving temperature is 8-10°C.
We are proud to share that on April 28, 2016, Prosecco Fiorellino was rated the best prosecco in Finland by the jury of the Helsingin Sanomien newspaper. Prosecco Fiorellino was competing with 10 other prosecco wines and emerged as the clear winner.
