RETURNS
Our policy states that sale items are not eligible for returns and that all items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. It is important to note that the returned items must be in brand-new condition, and the original tags and labels must remain attached. We kindly request your attention to these conditions, as it will be greatly appreciated.
RETURN PROCESS
We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to return an item, and we are here to assist you in that process. We are pleased to offer our customers the option to either have the cost of return shipping paid for or reimbursed. However, please note that a standard fee will be charged for all exchanges. REFUNDS
